2015 Classic Coonawarra Shiraz
A perfect spicy companion, expressing the subtlety of shiraz in a region defined by cool climate and outstanding soil.
A good even budburst was followed by a very warm dry spring, earlier than normal flowering and very even berry set. Warm days and cool nights throughout Autumn, combined with light crops and small berries provided great conditions for concentrated, aromatic wines.

"It sits a smidgen above medium weight and offers rounds of ripe fruit, suggesting it will have widespread appeal, though if you look closely there are peppercorn and cedar wood notes too; it's not a one trick pony. Neat as a pin, with substance." - Campbell Mattinson, published 01 August 2018
