The Yearling is a racy Coonawarra sauvignon blanc. Made from estate-grown fruit, this crisp and appealing wine is absolutely perfect to enjoy now.
Sourced primarily from our “Mount Stone” and “Overland Track” blocks, within our southern Coonawarra “Three Mile” vineyard. Parcels of fruit selected for their intense citrus and aromatic herb characters.
Fruit picked over a few cool early mornings in mid March 2022. This time of year in Coonawarra the nights are starting to get cold, but the days can be sweltering. With this in mind it’s only natural we make our Yearling Sauvignon Blanc so light and refreshing. Fermented cold, clean and slow for it’s super delicate profile.
