2019 Classic Release Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is Coonawarra's pre-eminent grape variety. Our 2019 vintage is well structured with a palate of rich ripe grape tannins, supported with French oak frame-work. Cassis and plum, cigar box and cocoa. Great presence and complexity.

Crimson red with forward spice notes, this attractive wine leaps out with a plum and charry pepper punch before resolving into a dark and spicy fruit dance across a floor of well-defined tannins. Long and lovely, firm and fine, in the best region-and-variety tradition.
