Shipping policy
Shipping in Australia
We ship all orders via Australia Post, Wine Delivery Australia and in some cases we deliver ourselves. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.
Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age. Alcoholic beverage deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding. If you're having freight issues, please contact us directly. We have much faster communication channels with our freight providers and can get answers and results quickly for you.
Any order placed before 11am is shipped the same day Monday through Friday. Given the delicate nature of our products, we also try and avoid shipping in exceptionally hot weather. If we foresee any delays to your order, we will contact you immediately.

We can freight wine almost anywhere in the world. At the moment, we deal on a personal level with clients wishing to ship internationally - please contact us at sales@rymill.com.au for more information. All shipments are insured and the wine is packed to survive almost anything.
