2021 The Yearling Shiraz
This exciting new addition to our Yearling range boasts flavours of forest fruits, ripe plum and blueberry crumble. Lightly toasted oak characters of sweet pastry and vanilla, great length and dry finish.
Harvested early April 2021. Sugar/Malic co-ferment, on skins for 7-9 days before pressing at 1° Baume to finish ferment in tank. Light oak influence to preserve fresh fruit flavours and support silky texture.
